02 · Architect

Architecture sprint

3–4 weeks, fixed fee. Reference architecture, governance plan, evaluation framework — board-ready and vendor-neutral.

03 · Build

Productionization

Time-boxed delivery to the first live system. Milestone-based, with an explicit production exit gate — no open-ended retainers.

04 · Run

Govern & scale

Optional managed operation with measurable SLAs, or a clean hand-back so your team runs it. Your choice, stated up front.
